Andy Carter - Realtor

Andy grew up in Troy, AL the youngest of three children and son of dedicated, wonderful parents. Andy was instilled with the value of family, working hard at what you do, and always doing the right thing which is all a part of being brought up in a Christian home. After graduating Charles Henderson High School, Andy attended and graduated from Auburn University Montgomery. While in college, Andy walked-on and earned a scholarship to play collegiate baseball from which many life lessons were learned about striving for goals that may prove difficult. Entering into professional life after college, Andy enjoyed a long career at State Farm Insurance investigating and handling claims.

In 2018, opportunity and a desire to be a part of something more rewarding called Andy and he joined the Kahn-Martin team at David Kahn & Company to embark upon a wonderful career in the real estate world. He enjoys being a part of the joy and positive outcomes of assisting people achieve the goal of home ownership, creating relationships and being more of a part of the community. As a Realtor® his purpose is to inform and educate about all things real estate. He wants you to be knowledgeable about the current state of the real estate market and guide you through the process of selling or buying a property. In the end he wants you to be satisfied knowing you had the full ability to make an informed decision about the biggest investment you will make in your lifetime. From a personal perspective he desires to exhibit professionalism, integrity, dignity, service, care for his clients and continued growth in the knowledge of this profession.

When time permits, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling to the many National Parks in our great country, enjoying the outdoors and riding around on his John Deere tractor.
